Here's what I propose:
* Add WakeLock("location") value for enabling getting orientation
sensors and GPS to be used in the background. We probably should
require that users are prompted whenever this lock is grabbed.
* Add the ability to specify a vibration pattern to the Notification
API. I.e. when creating a notification, enable passing not just the
text content of the notification, but also the vibration pattern that
is played with the notification.
* For page that have access to use the notification API, enable them
to use the vibration API for short periods of time, like one or two
seconds.
