Hi, I'm the one who updated shallow script to work with Cygwin. Well, mostly,
my porting is still failing and I do not know why :-( but I'll try to
investigate more.
Way the more reliable way of Flash is to use Linux or OSX....
however... the error you're encountering in perhaps this - try to manually
create directory c:\tmp and repeat the process.
If it will help and your error disappears, let me know and I'll update the
script...
