Hi,
on top of that, flod and I observed landings where the English strings
weren't good enough. That is, not good enough to ship, and also hard to
localize.
This timeline is really about strings that stick, strings that need
another iteration aren't sufficient.
Stephany and Matej are your point people to make sure that strings are
in good English, and consistent in tone and wording with the rest of
Firefox OS.
It used to be better across the board, so calling this out.

Hey all,
A friendly reminder that we expect majority of 2.1 strings to land before 9/2, Tuesday.
Any "exceptions" beyond 9/2 will need to be approved by Localization or Release
management team and the bug should be keyworded with late-l10n and will be granted only
if these bugs are ship blockers. These exceptions should be landed no-later than
September 12th(end of 2.1 sprint 4). No String changes beyond that point.
Thanks,
Bhavana
