All failures have been fixed. So Gaia is green again, thanks to everyone
who helped!
But we need to keep Gaia closed because of issues with AWS [1]. I'll let
our sheriffs re-open when this is over.

Concerned that there's might have been some bustage that's slipped
through in the meantime, Tomcat is closing Gaia until Gij is green again.
If there's red we might need some help diagnosing failures because
we'll have no b2g-i Gij history.
