In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1069017 I added a
target for flashing both gecko and gaia in a single command (and
with one restart of B2G):

  ./flash.sh shallow

If you've done a build and want to flash gecko and gaia, but not do
a full flash, this is faster than flashing them separately, and also
has the advantage of reregistering apps better (since app
reregistration is based on the Gecko version changes).

(Warning: before using, you should make sure you've done a "git
pull" of the B2G repository (which you should do regularly anyway),
since currently flash.sh falls back to a full flash if it doesn't
understand the argument, rather than giving an error.)

What I was walling in or walling out,
And to whom I was like to give offense.
