Not sure if this is limited to eng builds or not, but you should pick up https://github.com/Mozilla-TWQA/B2G-flash-tool/pull/287. Without this IndexedDB gets angry when old (restored by the script) and new (produced by Gecko) versions of the same thing are present in the profile.
