Hi Paul, This is definitely something we would like to do in the Firefox OS simulator in WebIDE.
We still need to figure out how to allow different screen sizes, and how to distinguish between device types (e.g. phone vs tablet, maybe Matchstick could be a variant of that). I'm not familiar with the technical details of Matchstick or TV builds in general, so I don't know how close to the real thing we can get in short term. Also, I suggest you ask the Matchstick developers directly, because they might already have tools that could help you.
