It worked now finally after I added sudo ./flash.sh. Thanks everyone

this is a common error with the manual - at least it is missed sometimes.

Short: You need to change your /etc/udev/rules.d/android.rules. You can
check with "fastboot devices" if the permissions are correct.

You can your leave fastboot with "fastboot reboot". (Maybe you need
"sudo fastboot reboot" if you do not have fixed the permissions.) No
need to force a reboot. (It sounds like you have done a hardware reboot.)
