This is tangentially offtopic to this thread, but I would appreciate if everybody please avoided using "mothers" as examples of less qualified technical users.

A better non sexist and non patronising alternative is "an average user" or "a non technical user" or "non tech savvy user" if you want to highlight the fact that they are just users and not developers.

It's not like the Gaia / Firefox OS project is filled to the brim with women, so this kind of language is totally unwelcoming to us.
