Please see the message below for a general explanation. The publicly available files for FirefoxOS are on ftp.mozilla.org, while pvtbuilds.mozilla.org holds the private files on another part of the cluster. Both domains will be moving as part of the cloud project.
The transition to TaskCluster means that many jobs already publish directly to S3, and would be unaffected. It's the affect older branches and the archive of builds we hold which I'm asking about in the survey. Please take the time to complete it if you're using those.
