Hi Michael,

18D is the latest base image, so FxOS 2.1, 2.2, and 3.0 all run on it. 2.1
is stable and code complete, and 2.2 is very nearly code complete although
we are still fixing bugs on it.

If you want the latest stable, 2.1 is probably what you are looking for. If
you want bleeding edge and want to help us identify bugs, master (or 3.0)
is the way to go.
