That brings up a great point of a side discussion about OTA/FOTA:

Just to note, OTA has been a weird spot of late because of the switch over to 
Task cluster.
In regards to the release, vendors use FOTA not OTA.  OTA is mostly for our own 
testers/contributors.

OTA on the device isn't the greatest esp if there's gonk changes (NFC, 
bluetooth updates).  I'm not sure what we can do to resolve these bluetooth/NFC 
breaks for contributors other than to try to get a new build hosted.  It's a 
pain in maintenance if T2M doesn't make builds but every so often.
