You should try building using a virtual machine. Last week I created b2g-vm
<https://github.com/wilsonpage/b2g-vm> which uses Vagrant
<https://www.vagrantup.com/> to define a machine that matches the B2G build
requirements. I've been using it on Mac, but it should work on Windows too.
If you have any issues please file and issue on the Github repo.
