Yes.

I noticed that some of the states described in the document are actually
removed.
In the latest code on master, we only have following states for
TelephonyCall

- dialing
- alerting
- connected
- held
- disconnected
- incoming

The things we removed are:
- busy: it's not a state and we now include it in the disconnectedReason
- connecting, disconnecting, holding, resuming: transient states are not
used
