Usually rebooting constantly means that it's low on battery power. You can charge the phone by placing it into fastboot mode via hardware button. I think it was just holding the volume up button when plugging it in.
I'm not sure what state your phone is in now. If you're still having problems with the phone, I wouldn't mind taking a look at it and seeing if I can fix it.
