That sounds reasonable. I haven't done an hg/git conversion so if you
want to do that I'm all for it. Then we can just deal with PRs. Feel
free to ask questions on this list.

FWIW, if you install hg-git, you can `hg push <git remote>` and it will
automagically convert to Git and push.
