Hi,I've filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1165906 to get l10n.ini and filter.py into a single thing. Plus if it's programming language agnostic.
I've came across toml, and then came across rust using it, so I gave that a try, and so far, I'm pretty happy with the approach.
