A quick test on my policy gave me this error message.

error: Bundle 'autorun' listed in the bundlesequence is not a defined
bundle
error: Fatal CFEngine error: Errors in promise bundles: could not verify
bundlesequence

I don't use autorun and this worked on 3.8.2. My policy is pretty close to
masterfiles-git
