    Convert unmapped mbufs before computing checksums in IPsec.
    
    This is similar to the logic used in ip_output() to convert mbufs
    prior to computing checksums.  Unmapped mbufs can be sent when using
    sendfile() over IPsec or using KTLS over IPsec.
