    Add required checks for unmapped mbufs in ipdivert and ipfw
    
    Also add an M_ASSERTMAPPED() macro to verify that all mbufs in the chain
    are mapped.  Use it in ipfw_nat, which operates on a chain returned by
    m_megapullup().
