    mxge: cleanup from purging EOL release compatibility
    
    The FreeBSD version was being used to trigger preprocessor conditionals
    IFNET_BUF_RING and MXGE_VIRT_JUMBOS.  Since those are no longer
    conditional, purge their effects.
