    setaudit: Bump WARNS and fix some style bugs
    
    - Cast sockaddrs through void to silence warnings about expected
      alignment.
    - Fix cast style.
    - Sort includes.
    - Make some global variables local.
    - Sort options.
    
    No functional change intended.
