After rebuilding system from scratch and install world successfully,
upgrading poudriere jail from same src failed (also did install a fresh
jail with same error):
# poudriere jail -u -j 16amd64
or
# poudriere jail -d -j 16amd64
# poudriere jail -c -j 16amd64 -m src=/usr/src
and
# make -DBATCH_DELETE_OLD_FILES delete-old delete-old-libs
# poudriere jail -c -j 16amd64 -m src=/usr/src
```
