Sorry. I'll make sure to CC you on future reviews. But unfortunately, CODEOWNERS doesn't work. Github ignores any user listed in that file who doesn't have push privileges to the repository in question. For freebsd-src, that's almost all of us. And Github has long ignored requests to change that. So making CODEOWNERS work would probably require setting up some kind of bot. I haven't investigated further than that. If you're interested, you might give it a try.
