I removed the contents of tex/texmf-context/, unpacked cont-tmf.zip from
http://context.aanhet.net/archives/context-2016-09-20.22/, restored the
two bin directories (I did have copies of them) and then ran:
mtxrun --script context --autogenerate --make

context installation. Hopefully there are not too many big changes.
the current version is ok for luatex 1.0 .. there have been a few
changes as part of finalizing 1.0 but not that many
