Sorry for not being clear, Hans. OC stands for layers (and maybe layer is a better name than oc). The same way bookmark in \setupinteractionscreen[option=bookmark] opens the bookmark display (http://pdf.ousia.tk/bookmark.png), attach opens the attachment display (http://pdf.ousia.tk/attach.png) and oc, but layer is a better name, opens the layer display (http://pdf.ousia.tk/layer.png, although the document has no layers).
