Hi Chris,

FWIW, I have a fix for this in the visual-studio-2010 branch of my github
fork: https://github.com/jstedfast/bc-csharp

I try to keep it in sync with the latest bc-csharp updates whenever I
notice new commits have landed in the official repo.
