We are having issues with BC 1.8.1 (1.7.x also did the same) producing mangled plaintext.
When decrypting specific (not all, but we have not yet identified a common denominator other than general file format - it's a modified CSV) files against a particular 4096bit RSA PGP key, the last 261 bytes of the file will be emitted 3 times. Using the same input and key, GPG produces the expected output. I already checked to make sure we aren't mangling the stream in our code, and we don't even touch the output stream.
