Looking at the 1.8.5 and 1.8.6 source, I can't find how the .net standard version of the library is built.
For sure, the *.nuspec file isn't included - as the text in the included nuspecs doesn't match the text in the library on nuget.org. I'd like to be able to build the .net standard version of the library.
