We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.0.0 of the
BouncyCastle.NET Cryptography Library.
With this release we have finally moved to building for modern .NET
versions (directly targeted frameworks: net461, netstandard2.0, net6.0),
and distributing using NuGet (package name BouncyCastle.Cryptography).
We have also adopted Semantic Versioning 2.0.0 for package versioning.
Packages are signed by "Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc.".

This release is dedicated to Claire Novotny, who has been keeping the
project alive for the past several years in the form of the
Portable.BouncyCastle NuGet package. Thank you, Claire.
