nsIURIContentListener

Hey everyone.  This is a follow on from a previous question i posted regarding an embedding application i am trying to develop.  I am trying to implement the nsIURIContentListener::OnStartURIOpen event so that i can block navigation events.  However, i am finding it difficult to find an example implementation of this.  The embedding FAQ provides an answer as to what i am supposed to do http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/faq.html#section-3 but i do not know how to implement this, could a more experienced developer please provide some advice, maybe a couple sample lines of code on how to achieve this?  Thanks.
