If I try to load a file that doesn't exist, Mozilla pops up a prompt to tell the user about this (or not, given that I replaced the prompt service). However, it doesn't tell my progress listener (at least, not that I can tell through GtkMozEmbed). In fact, I don't get *any* progress notifications at all for the file load. How am I supposed to tell that the load failed? Kluge the prompt service to tell the listener? (Ugh!)
