OK, I meant to reply this before but didn't have time...
The document explains much basic stuff ("NOTE: There are many topics,
besides just "http-on-modify-request"", "An observer is a component
implementing nsIObserver interface.", etc.).
Is it really a good idea to do that in this kind of document? What if I
want to describe another topic you can observe, would I mention it
again? I think it might be better to move that to a common document
about observers instead of repeating that in each page describing
observer topic usage.
