I found wxmozilla to be a helpful example as well. While it may not
help with your build setup (and linking the right files, etc), it
does give another example on top of the shipping tests (winembed, mfc
embed, etc).
There used to be a really helpful document that even helped with
build settings, but it seems to have gone missing around the time
mozilla.org dropped Mozilla 1.8. Actually, the embedding
documentation as a whole seems a lot less complete than it used to.
Anyone know what happened?

Another thing you can do is take a look at the mfcEmbed
example...it takes a while to sort out everything, but it is a good
source...you will find it where you stuck your mozilla code..
