Hi, Olaf. Once upon a time it was necessary to define
MOZILLA_STRICT_API to limit mozilla to using frozen interfaces when
possible. I'm not sure if not defining it caused a build, link, or
some other issue. I can no longer locate the document that advocated
this, but this was back in the Mozilla 1.7.x codebase. I still
can't get my project to link, so I really can't test the necessity of
this preprocessor define until I'm sure I have things up and running.

I'll be working on the embedding off and on, but I'll try to keep
reading this group. I really appreciate all the help.
There really should be some documentation about the different kinds of
builds, and the different kinds of linking to Gecko.
