Thanks Boris, I was calling it before nsIBaseWindow::Create(). When I
move it to after that then the call itself doesn't fail. However it
still doesnt seem to work properly, I'm back to the situation of no
methods of the nsIURIContentListener interface are ever invoked. Any ideas?
