I've got the same problem to know if the document has been rendered when it was loaded from a nsIWebBrowserStream... Any idea to know when the document is done like the STATE_IS_NETWORK|STATE_STOP state on a nsIWebProgressListener ?

I don't really know much about nsIWebBrowserStream....
