Guy's, I am facing this weird problem with our Embedded Gecko project on WinXP. Every thing works fine normally, but if I Turn of advanced text services in control panel (Go to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages -> Details->Text Services and Input Languages -> Advanced and put a check against the option Turn of advanced text services). then 9 out of 10 times, my embedded gecko browser windows fail to load pages. So effectively the app embedded browser is working properly only when ctfmon.exe is running.
Turning on logging for gecko, I found that there were errors being reported. some of them I am listing here 4348[5d523a0]: recv -> -1, error = -5998, os error = 10035 4348[5d523a0]: recv -> 5, error = -8174, os error = 0 7448[231fe28]: recv -> 1, error = -5934, os error = 10035 Firefox itself seems to be running fine without issues.
