Can anyone help?
The default build configuration changed in release 20.x to using /MD to dynamically link to the MSVC runtimes. I can see that USE_STATIC_LIBS still appears in some of the .mk files. Is this build configuration now obsolete/unsupported? If not, how is it enabled for nspr, js and friends?
