The intr0web agrees that trac's fcgi usage or settings or fcgi itself
has memory issues. Each HTTP request causes the trac.fcgi process to
consume more memory (RSS keeps growing). going back to cgi instead
seems to be one solution. Since we already had apache2 config info for
mod_python I went ahead and commented that back in (and the fcgi out).
Not sure what other implications this might have.  This should clear
up some problems we've had lately with memory usage.

I updated wordpress to the latest and greatest (stable) release, version 2.5.1.
The admin interface looks much cooler. Maybe we can use the latest and
greatest akismet spam detector, too!
