Pourtant j'ai tout essayé en chmod et chown
ls me retourne

le '*' à la fin de la ligne, il fait partie du nom du fichier ?
Sinon dans la série "c'est bidon mais ça coûte rien", une copie du
fichier ailleurs et/ou sous un autre nom, puis recours au nouveau
fichier avec osm2pgsql, ça dit quoi ?
