Thanks for starting this thread Ian. I can only speak mostly from the platform side point of view, but I'd like to nominate Chris Karlof as owner and Sam Penrose and Mark Hammond as peers of both modules. They have been doing a lot of the review work for Firefox Accounts and Mobile ID already, so I think it makes sense to have them on this list if they agree.
