There's a "Firefox Sync : UI" component under the "Mozilla Services" product in bugzilla: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Mozilla%20Services This seems like as good a place as any to put it, and the relevant devs can triage further from there if required.
