You may have noticed a "Sprint Demos and Retrospective" meeting pop up on your calendars at 1:30pm Monday Pacific time, in the half-hour slot immediately before the existing Monday 2pm meeting. As much a I don't want to add to our existing meeting load, I think this one is an important addition. The idea of this session will be to tie off the work on train-44, review any final outstanding items, and give everyone a chance to demo (or at least talk about!) what they're shipping as part of it. To that end, please take a few moments to fill out the etherpad if you've got something you'd like to show or tell us about from train-44: https://id.etherpad.mozilla.org/fxa-engineering-coordination? We'll segue directly from this into the planning session for train-45. In exchange for adding to our existing meeting load on the Monday, let's also use this time to identify a meeting that we can do without, and give everyone a half hour of their lives back later in the week. (I have one in mind, but would be interested in all your input on the topic).
