Hi All,

Tomorrow (Monday) at 1:30pm Pacific we will have the usual half-hour for
demos and debriefs from the train-66 development cycle. There's some
good stuff targeted to ship on this train, so don't hesitate to dive in
and give a demo, even if you've previously shown something as a work in
progress. Please add yourself to the etherpad if you've got something
you'd like to show:

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend the demo session this week, due
to a conflict with a training session. Shane has graciously volunteered
to do all the wrangling for the meeting.

At 2:00pm we'll have the usual waffleboard grooming and planning for
train-67. The shiny new fxa-features waffleboard is a *great* way to
see what the priorities should to be:

  https://waffle.io/mozilla/fxa-features

(If you click on any of the features in "building" it will have a link
to the corresponding issues in the engineering waffleboard).

I think our top priority needs to be finalizing the metrics to measure
success on on the "sign-in confirmation" and "sign-in geo info" features
- so much so that I'm going to link to the individual bugs:

  https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-auth-mailer/issues/185
  https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-auth-mailer/issues/182
  https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/3932

These metrics also feed in to the success criteria for new features that
we're working on defining, so the sooner we can get a good handle on
measuring them, the better.

Beyond that, let's make sure we're wrapping up the features currently in
"building", so that we can bring across new features like geoprofiling
and sign-in authorization as soon as they are properly defined.

  Cheers,

    Ryan
