*First, our schedule has changed!*
We have shifted the Monday Web Coordination meeting 30 minutes earlier in
the day to accommodate team member's schedules and to ensure everyone has
their voice heard. We have also changed the organization of the meeting
slightly, and pushed Bug Triage to Thursday at 17.30 UTC after the Thursday
Web Coordination meeting.

The Web Coordination meetings are now:

Monday 16.30 UTC - UX/PM focused
Monday 17.00 UTC - Ops/dev focused

Thursday 17.00 UTC - General
Thursday 17.30 UTC - Bug Triage

These are open to the public and we enjoy having passers-by. Join us in the
fxa Vidyo room.

Now on to the meeting notes:

UX/PM focused

   - Vlad is nearing the end of the major development of the "apps" feature
and is soliciting feedback before enabling in prod. The apps list will show
all connected devices and OAuth from within the settings page. The feature
is already merged to master, but is behind a feature flag. "latest4" is a
dev box with the apps list [2] feature enabled. We discussed possibly
enabling the feature by default for all @mozilla.com addresses to
solicit early internal feedback on a wider scale.
   - Alex has filtered a list of FxA/Sync related questions asked on SUMO
to help us see real user feedback and where common issues are. I'm on the
hook to look at the list and see whether individual issues need to be
   opened.

Ops/dev focused

   - Our build step has an issue in it where certain resources are being
deployed to the CDN without cache busting URLs. If we had been using these
resources, updating them in a reasonably safe way would have been
impossible since breaking changes may have been introduced. Luckily, we
weren't using those resources, and a PR has been opened [3] to discontinue
packaging them in the production RPM. jbuck has provided CDN logs of the
static resources being requested and there are a couple of curious entries,
   unrelated to this.
   - We have one lone entry in the "measuring" column in waffle - signin
confirmation. To close the feature, we need to decide exactly what we are
measuring, and have confidence we are actually measuring it. vbudhram is
leading this effort, he and I are going to get together today to discuss.
   - We are in the process of migrating all the servers from node 0.10 to
   4. One of our build dependencies, grunt-rev, does not act the same between
the two versions and is breaks release due to the way it calculates the md5
of the files. vladikoff and jbuck have already fixed the problem by
replacing grunt-rev with grunt-file-rev, which acts more sanely.
   - We are seeing 500 errors on the CSP reporting endpoint. CSP reports
are supposed to be valid JSON, but a certain subset reported by Firefox <
   48 are not. [4]
   - Soon all emails will contain an x-template-name header to help us with
   logging and testing.
   - jbuck is dockerizing everything. Work is ongoing and he's looking for
   reviews!
