Hi All,

Earlier today we had our weekly FxA show-and-tell session, and there's a
video here for MoCo folks:

  https://vreplay.mozilla.com/replay/showRecordDetails.html?recId=4044

We talked about the following:

* Phil demoed his work on running the content-server functional tests
against auth-server PRs, in an effort to reduce bustage caused by
API changes. For now he's running in a separate github org because
of a limit on the number of concurrent CircleCI tests for a single
org, but we also chatted about the possibility of moving to a paid
plan if it will help things run smoothly.

* Vijay showed us a graph of email-bounce flow events, which tells us
how many users are hitting an email bounce each day:

        https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org/queries/2323#4293

Unsurprisingly, the majority of bounces come from new account signups,
but there are a non-trivial number of bounces for sign-in confirmation
  emails as well.

* Vijay also walked us through some preliminary metrics diving that he's
been doing to see whether we should expand our "ip profiling" feature
to include geographical profiling of nearby IP addresses. There are
definitely some users who could be helped by this, but we need to look
deeper into the metrics to get more accurate numbers.

* Alex talked about a A/B test that's currently running on the first-run
page, replacing "Almost Done..." with a splash image showing the value
proposition of FxA and Sync. It's early days for the experiment but
it does seem to be showing an increase in completion rate.

* Finally, Alex did a deep dive into the 2017 OKRs document:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YxyOb_h8dO13I6XNAMt74VyQ3TK5WZJdb4gCa4oYkRg/edit?ts=58485dbb

There was far too much detail for me to do it any justice in these
notes; watch the video or weigh in on the comments in the document
  to keep the discussion going.

  Cheers,

    Ryan
