Back button to go back to the SMS page is there now. You can go back to change the number. - jrgm & g-k to discuss tigerblood integration (turnup scheduled for tomorrow aft.) - What is tigerblood? When we have a badly acting IP, we can send a notification to it. - On the calendar for Wednesday. Rfeeley Questions - Rfeeley met with Sean. Should have new illustrations for FxA ready today. Consistent with new design for FF (Photon). Colors are currently pretty bright. Ryan is suggesting they be toned down. - Working on two feature docs. Connect Another Device image changes could impact usage. If we can animate what happens when another device is connected, that could be effective. - Emails with sender name on it - A fix was merged into a point release Worked from 2/15 - 27 but broke again. Was recently pushed into master but hasn't yet been deployed. Looks bad to send out emails without a sender name. All the emails look pretty good on all the devices. - For Manage Devices, don't have a sync time/date on all the devices, so sometimes it can be hard to know which device is which. Ability to tell last time a user was active based on the last active date. Difficult to tell which device you're disconnecting when you have duplicates. Only one can be active. Date would give people transparency and help them manage their devices. If we can drive duplicate device number down to zero, that's a win. Adavis Questions - Next steps on SMS - there are a couple PRs that need to be merged in for it to be fully ready. SoftVision has been testing it. Some bugs have been submitted. Not sure when they'll be done with it. AI: Julie to coordinate with SoftVision to estimate timing of when it will be ready. Release it in just the US market. Will have the ability to do A/B testing of it. SMS provider could be a blocker. Do we need to change SMS provider? AI: jbuck needs to get Travis' corporate credit card to pay NexMo. Should be ready to release after payment is in place and QA is complete. - Additional emails - want to know what next steps are for each one. Is there anything we should flag? Feature doc says send new device and sign-in confirmations. Should we include password changed/password reset/sign-in unblock? Yes - Notification to primary email that a secondary email has been added. AI: rfeeley to provide a template to vbudhram for the notification. New Device Login and Signin Confirmation and Signin Unblock emails are notification-like emails. The volume of these emails isn't high now, but volume is expected to grow as we try to funnel people into adding the secondary email and they do so. AI: adavis and rfeeley to look at the copy that will recommend to users that they add the secondary email.
