We started at 87%, and we've risen to 93%. The change here was that
Outlook.com Web interface no longer puts out email in the spam folder.

We still reportedly hit the junk folder in Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2013.
The next steps here are to install those desktop applications and try to
learn why.


*3.2 To have improved login success rate of Outlook to match that of Gmail
users*

This is tricky. If we look at the graph linked in the OKR doc, we've
already succeeded. As I look at some other graphs that look at slightly
different flow events, it looks like no change. I'll have to dig in more to
be sure.

But if we base our success solely on the way the OKR was written, we have
already done it!

*3.3 To have improved signup success rate of Outlook to match that of Gmail
users*

The update here is exactly the same as 3.2.
