Thanks to everyone who gave a demo today! If you missed it, the
(MoCo-only) recording is available here:

  https://vreplay.mozilla.com/replay/showRecordDetails.html?recId=4739

The highlights were:

* Vijay showed a comprehensive deep-linking experience working on Firefox
for iOS, including installing through the app store for new users, opening
directly in Firefox for users with the app already installed, and the
ability to open other links (such as the email verification page) instead
of just the FxA sign-in form.

* Shane demoed the new data choices coming soon to our Choose What To Sync
screen in support of the form auto-fill work happening on desktop. The
choice of whether to display the new items can be controlled via a
capabilities handshake with the browser, rather than having to hard-code it
new revisions of our "fx_desktop_vX" auth broker.

* Phil shared a new metrics dashboard he's been working on to help detect
unexpected breakage. It's already identified a potential point of
unexpectedly badly user behaviour - each release of new version of Android
seems to produce a spike in users forced to login again on the same
device. We're going to try to dig into this more in [1].

* Vlad presented a gigantic gallery of screenshots captured during a run of
our automated functional tests, which provides a comprehensive overview of
the various UI states in our system. It's worth clicking through at [2] to
get a sense of the full scale and scope of FxA! And don't hesitate to file
bugs for any visual oddities you happen to spot as you go.

* Shane talked about recent changes to retire the fxa-content-experiments
repo, in favour of just including experiment code directly into the
fxa-content-server. This should simplify writing and deploying A/B tests
and other experiments, which hopefully means we'll do more of them more
often.

* Vlad walked us through the latest version of Firefox Notes, the initial
version of which will ship with its "sync" button in metrics-gathering mode
while we finalize the details of our relier-keys protocol and ensure it's
properly reviewed.

  Cheers,

    Ryan
